• Lead executive engagements and grow ATI's Medicaid Managed Care portfolio.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio spanning subject matter, client relationships, and team management.
• Set a clear vision for project execution and delivery.
• Advise on RFP readiness, operations, and state policy analysis/advocacy.
• Drive business development and expand existing portfolio relationships.
• Build market awareness through thought leadership and external representation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Medicaid managed care experience.
• Deep Medicaid policy expertise across LTSS, TANF, expansion adults, children.
• Strong consulting aptitude to lead a portfolio and client service.
• Experience with Medicaid RFP readiness, positioning, and proposals.
• Operational priorities: health plan operations, provider networks, quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
