📋 Description

• Own operational excellence at two Newark high schools
• Direct management of Directors of Campus Operations (DCOs)
• Coach and develop DCOs to an excellent bar
• Drive operational outcomes: attendance, enrollment, persistence, safety, family experience
• Steward resources toward student needs
• Build one high school standard and align partners around it

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and results in a school-based operations leadership role
• Direct management experience, with a record of developing leaders and holding a high bar
• 5–10 years of work experience, preferably in business or operations management
• K-12 education experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
