📋 Description

  • Lead new business development within the Private Equity ecosystem.
  • Originate opportunities via Operating Partners, PE investors and portfolio execs.
  • Oversee delivery of transformation initiatives across AI, data, CRM, ERP, and automation.
  • Mentor Delivery Managers to ensure consistent execution and outcomes.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from discovery to deal closure.
  • Represent TechTorch in the market with PE ecosystem relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory.
  • Strong network within Private Equity, Operating Partners, or portfolio executives.
  • Proven ability to originate engagements and revenue from existing relationships.
  • Experience shaping transformation proposals, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
  • Led large-scale transformation programs across AI, data platforms, CRM ecosystems (Salesforce), ERP, or automation.
  • Experience in top consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or similar.
