• Lead securities trading and Agency capital markets activities.
• Lead day-to-day trading desk operations and supervision.
• Provide market insights and execution guidance for mortgage banking teams.
• Manage investor, dealer, and Agency relationships.
• Drive pricing strategy and profitability on Agency lending platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a similar senior role.
• Experience managing broker-dealers, investors, and Agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agency lending, MBS, and CRE.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Bloomberg.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience overseeing trading desk teams.
