📋 Description

• Lead Berkadia's securities trading and Agency capital markets activities
• Optimize profitability, execution quality, and production flow
• Provide market expertise to mortgage banking, underwriting, and capital markets
• Lead day-to-day trading desk operations: pricing, execution, reporting
• Manage investor, dealer, and counterparty relationships
• Onboard new counterparties and capital sources

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Agency lending or trading leadership
• Senior/Executive leadership on a trading desk
• Deep knowledge of Agency CMBS, securitization, mortgage markets
• Manage pricing strategy, profitability, risk
• Build investor, dealer, and GSE relationships
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, and Power BI
