Managing Director, Strategic Account

📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of accountability from POC to deployment.
• Drive master project plan across onboarding, data migration, integration, and rollout.
• Chair weekly program stand-ups, steering committee sessions, and executive check-ins.
• Own risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Act as executive contact for strategic customer stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams (PM, Implementation, CS, Training, Support) and ensure handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or CS programs with P&L accountability.
• Experience managing multi-workflow deployments with 100+ end-user locations and tight deadlines.
• Strong governance: risk management, dependency tracking, milestone reporting, and exec communication.
• Experience directly leading cross-functional teams with full people management authority over implementation, CS, training, and support.
• Track record navigating ambiguous, high-stakes situations and decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills for steering committees and internal stand-ups.
• Preferred: Background in practice management, accounting, or professional services tech.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Karbon or similar workflow platforms.
