📋 Description

• Lead technology org; set vision, operating model, and quality standards for architecture and development.
• Ensure solutions are well designed, estimated, staffed, and delivered.
• Lead technical leaders and teams; partner with Sales and Delivery; ensure tech success.
• Represent Technology in Neocol's leadership; shape tech POV with customers and partners.
• Drive adoption of reusable assets, accelerators, standards, governance, and playbooks.
• Own tech feasibility decisions and architecture sign-off for strategic engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership in a tech consulting or professional services firm over architecture/engineering orgs.
• Led technical teams and a $40M+ services portfolio.
• Track record leading leaders across multiple teams, programs, or accounts.
• Deep experience linking sales solutioning, estimation, staffing, governance, and delivery.
• Strong executive judgment; identify risk across a complex portfolio.
• Experience leading distributed delivery (nearshore/offshore).
