Managing Director, TULIP GmbH & Commercial Leader, DACH

📋 Description

• Lead the TULIP GmbH as its Managing Director, setting the tone for culture, operations, and how the
• Own and execute the DACH go-to-market growth strategy, in partnership with Commercial Leadership
• Achieve ARR growth objectives for the DACH business across verticals
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with customers; build strong relationships with
• Partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Customer Success and other groups to drive deal execution
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new DACH sales team members as the region grows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS businesses in the DACH market
• Significant experience leading teams in scale-up and/or growth-stage, global environments
• Strong network and credibility with manufacturing and industrial buyers in Germany, Austria, and
• Track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets of large, complex enterprise deals
• Experience using first-class GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales
• Exceptional skills in selling complex, high-value B2B SaaS solutions into manufacturing
