📋 Description

• Lead and expand the estate planning practice with technical standards and quality expectations.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing estate planning team.
• Serve as senior technical resource for complex estate planning matters.
• Design advanced wealth transfer strategies for multi-generational needs.
• Partner with wealth advisors, tax pros, and leadership to integrate estate planning into financial
• Manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families and coordinate with external advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; LL.M. preferred.
• Active law license in at least one U.S. state.
• 20+ years of estate planning experience with high-value clients.
• Proven leadership of high-performing estate planning teams.
• Deep expertise in federal transfer tax, trusts, administration, and advanced wealth transfer
• Experience with multi-generational plans, complex assets, and cross-jurisdictional matters.
