🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in consulting, banking transformation, or enterprise data programs.
• Led large-scale end-to-end transformations in financial services.
• Expertise in MDM/Reference Data, Data Quality, or Governance.
• Experience with remediation, migration, and enterprise data modernization; global delivery.
• Strong governance, delivery mechanics, and cross-region influence.
• Data problem solving: remediation, quality, reconciliation, and entity resolution.
