• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programmes spanning finance IT, operating model design, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in delivering complex finance transformation initiatives within consulting or
• Deep understanding of finance operating models, controls, accounting processes, and regulatory
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in business development and client relationship
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level
