Mandamus Immigration Attorney

📋 Description

• Represent clients in immigration matters, including mandamus actions.
• Handle federal court litigation, focusing on Writs of Mandamus and APA lawsuits.
• Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and BIA.
• Manage caseload and client interactions; collaborate with the Immigration Team.
• Conduct intake with detained individuals and prepare diverse immigration applications.
• Prepare legal briefs and filings for immigration cases.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience.
• A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating with fellow associates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years in immigration law; 1+ year Mandamus/APA litigation.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship.
• Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
