• Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings

• Develop strategy and prep clients/witnesses for court/USCIS

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law, with at least 1 year handling Mandamus and APA litigation (preferred)
• A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
• Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload
