• Leading engaging walks and field interpretation during voyages.
• Participating in evening recaps to highlight guests\' daily experiences.
• Preparing presentations (30-40 minutes) highlighting voyage themes.
• Writing the Daily Expedition Report to summarize guest experiences.
• Engaging with guests ashore with local guides; represent Lindblad/National Geographic.
• Public speaking with strong communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Experience in polar regions in expedition industry.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to engage guests.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience.
• Team player with teaching/educational abilities; independent self-starter.
• Calm under pressure; excellent communication with individuals and groups.
