📋 Description

• Design, configure, implement, and support Manhattan Active Omni and OMS.
• Translate requirements into scalable OMS solutions for enterprise use.
• Configure order orchestration, inventory visibility, and returns.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Lead end-to-end projects: gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on with Manhattan Active Omni.
• Extensive expertise in Manhattan OMS.
• Experience in omnichannel retail and distributed order management.
• APIs, web services, or middleware integrations.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Good-to-Have Skills

• SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Order Management processes and retail ops.
• Cloud-based enterprise applications experience.
• Exposure to WMS, ERP, and supply-chain tech.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Manhattan Associates certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with large-scale retail/ecommerce programs.
• Ability to lead solution discussions and decisions.
