Manual QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans for Privilege Manager Server and Windows/macOS Agents
• Perform manual testing: exploratory, regression, and user acceptance
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate scalability
• Contribute to QA process improvements and tooling
• Work with writers to complete product documentation as needed
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience building and maintaining Windows and macOS testing environments.
• Proven QA Engineer with focus on Server/Agent applications.
• Strong QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Jira or Azure DevOps.
