Manual QA Engineer (Backend, Emails)

📋 Description

• Analyze product requirements and create structured test cases and scenarios
• Test internal CRM systems focusing on data accuracy and business logic
• Validate email campaigns and push notifications, ensuring correct triggers and delivery
• Perform manual testing of web apps: functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke tests
• Test APIs using Postman or Swagger, covering positive and negative scenarios
• Create clear and structured bug reports with reproduction steps

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years manual QA (web), incl CRM and email testing
• Understanding of retention and acquisition-driven product models
• SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques
• Hands-on API testing with Postman or similar
• Experience writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or any TMS
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, BigQuery, DataGrip, SQL
