Manual QA Engineer (Web, CRM)

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and create test cases for new features.
• Test the internal CRM system.
• Test email campaigns and push notifications.
• Manual testing of the web app: functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke tests.
• Verify APIs using Postman/Swagger with basic scenarios.
• Work with DevTools for log analysis, network requests, and console errors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years manual QA (web), testing CRM and emails
• SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques
• API testing with Postman or similar tools
• Test cases and bug reports in Jira/TMS
• MongoDB, BigQuery, DataGrip experience
• Git basics, CI/CD (GitLab), and Lens/Grafana debugging
