Manual Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases across core user flows.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to reproduce defects with steps and outcomes.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, and release validation.
• Triage and prioritize issues with Product/Engineering/Support by user impact.
• Participate in Agile: standups, planning, grooming, retros, QA embedded in lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing for web apps.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, and reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Troubleshooting skills and clear defect communication.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear and browser dev tools.
