Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team

📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans for SIMBA Team
• Manual testing across browsers and devices for new features and releases
• Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps and evidence
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, release validation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by user impact
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, grooming, retros)

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in manual QA testing for Web apps
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing, bug reporting
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, clear defect communication
• Strong written communication; familiar with Jira, Linear, or similar tools
