📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans and cases for SIMBA.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
• Reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, reports.
• Partner with Product/Engineering/Support to triage issues.
• Participate in Agile: standups, planning, grooming, retrospectives.
• Execute regression tests and release validation before launch.
• Improve QA processes and cross-team communication.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing, focused on Web applications.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving; communicate issues clearly.
• Strong written communication for documenting defects and results.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking systems.
• Experience using browser developer tools to debug and reproduce issues.
