📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and cases.
• Manual testing across browsers/devices for new features and releases.
• Collaborate with engineers/product to document defects with steps and results.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, release summaries.
• Partner with Product/Engineering/Support to triage and prioritize issues.
• Participate in Agile rituals to embed QA in the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in manual QA, web apps focus
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional collaboration
• Great troubleshooting and clear defect reporting
• Excellent written communication; familiar with Jira/Linear
