📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans for SIMBA Team across core flows.
• Manual testing across browsers/devices to validate features.
• Collaborate with engineers/product to reproduce and document defects with steps.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, release validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by impact.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; QA embedded throughout lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years manual QA testing for web applications.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, regression, exploratory testing, bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; clear defect documentation.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira/Linear) and using browser devtools.
