Manual Tester: MacOS (Desktop Application)

📋 Description

• The Manual Tester will validate desktop quality through structured testing, exploratory analysis
• Execute manual testing of MacOS desktop applications for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Test across Intel and Apple Silicon Mac devices to identify platform-specific issues and
• Create, maintain, and refine detailed test cases from product requirements and user workflows.
• Develop structured test documentation with descriptions, steps, expected results, and pass/fail
• Review and enhance AI-generated test plans, remove redundancies, and improve test accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience testing MacOS applications with access to Mac hardware.
• Strong understanding of MacOS app behavior, .app packages, system integrations, and native UI
• Experience designing and executing test cases from specs, user flows, and exploratory testing.
• Ability to create clear, structured testing documentation (spreadsheets or similar).
• Strong debugging skills to identify, reproduce, and document defects.
