Manual Tester: MacOS (Desktop Application)

📋 Description

• Execute manual testing of MacOS desktop apps, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
• Test across Intel and Apple Silicon Mac devices for platform issues and performance differences.
• Create, maintain and refine detailed test cases from product requirements and user workflows.
• Develop structured test documentation: test descriptions, steps, expected results, pass/fail
• Review and enhance AI-generated test plans, remove redundancies, identify gaps.
• Perform comprehensive bug reporting with reproduction steps, severity, screenshots, and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience testing MacOS apps with access to Mac hardware.
• Strong understanding of MacOS app behavior, including .app, system integrations, native UI patterns.
• Experience designing and executing test cases from specs and user flows.
• Ability to create clear, structured testing docs (spreadsheets or similar).
• Strong debugging skills: reproduce, document defects.
