Manufacturing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate movement of components through manufacturing to meet schedules.
• Coordinate transfers across purchasing, receiving, inventory, and work centers.
• Liaise with purchasing for outside processing and on-time delivery.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems with Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Generate reports on requirements, milestones, and bottlenecks for stakeholders.
• Support scheduling and escalation of issues (shortages, PO delays, BOM mismatches).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2+ years experience with Smartsheet.
• Forklift experience.
• Highly detail oriented; self-starter.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work evenings/weekends.
