Support day-to-day manufacturing and mechanical/electrical assembly across projects
Bridge Engineering and Operations to ensure designs become production-ready
Drive production readiness, process optimization and capacity improvements
Define, implement and track manufacturing activities with suppliers and management
Ensure health, safety and quality requirements through documentation and records

🎯 Requirements

Must be a US citizen
Hands-on engineer with ability to move fast, own outcomes and solve production problems
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and new equipment/systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
