📋 Description

  • Own the NPI lifecycle from concept to production release.
  • Review designs for manufacturability before floor readiness.
  • Design and optimize layouts, workstations, and flow.
  • Justify and implement capital equipment with ROI analysis.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Interface with Design, Quality, and Production Planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years in manufacturing engineering with floor presence.
  • Electrical/electromechanical manufacturing experience; read schematics.
  • Experience with NPI, DFM reviews, layout, and capital equipment justification experience.
  • Lean manufacturing at system level (value stream mapping, flow optimization).
  • Proficient with ERP, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
