Contributes to high-volume manufacturing support for stapler products.
Troubleshoots equipment, fixtures, test failures, and assembly issues.
Leads efforts to improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, capacity, and cost.
Daily support for the Manufacturing Line and process improvements.
Supports V&V activities and iterative design improvements.
Ensures quality system compliance and ECO implementation.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in mid/high volume manufacturing of complex mechanisms with SPC knowledge.
High mechanical aptitude; DFM assessment and BOM development.
Experience with lifecycle tools like Agile; ISO 13485 environment.
Strong communication skills; CAD (SolidWorks) a plus; sterilized device experience a plus.
