Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for satellite components and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies and plans
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions
• Support production teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or high-tech
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC Machining, hand-soldering, harness
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, IPC, NASA and/or ECSS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Green or Black Belt Certification
