📋 Description

• Ensuring smooth production operations at the customer's site
• Acting as an interface to planning, logistics, quality, or engineering
• Ensuring quality assurance in accordance with aerospace standards
• Analyzing and optimizing processes using Lean, MTM, 5S, KVP, and Shopfloor Management methods

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or
• Experience in a production environment or on the shopfloor
• Good understanding of production flows and ability to systematically analyze damages and solutions
• Experience with failure analysis methods such as 3C, 5Why, and 8D
• Independent, structured, and responsible work style directly in the shopfloor environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
