Manufacturing Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• Develops, maintains, and optimizes work plans, bills of materials, routings and capacity plans
• Defines manufacturing processes, standard times, cycle times and conduct time studies
• Identifies bottlenecks, initiates corrective actions and supports industrialization
• Implements change requests and documents changes comprehensibly
• Communicates results to stakeholders, monitors relevant KPIs (OEE, throughput time)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed studies in aerospace/mechanical engineering or comparable field
• Experience in production planning in an industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace industry
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and control
• Team-oriented and communicative
• Good communication skills in German and English
