📋 Description

• ensure smooth production process at customer sites within diverse project business
• act as interface to planning, logistics, quality or engineering
• ensure quality assurance according to aviation-specific standards
• analyze and optimize processes with Lean, MTM, 5S, KVP, Shopfloor Management methods

🎯 Requirements

• completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or
• experience in production environment or on the shopfloor
• good understanding of production workflows, systematic and solution-oriented analysis of damages or
• experience with root cause analysis methods such as 3C, 5Why and 8D
• independent, structured work with responsibility in shopfloor environment
• confident communication in German and English (written and spoken)
