📋 Description

• Build deep expertise in the manufacturing and acceptance test processes for satellite electrical
• Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) of PCBA assemblies into production, overseeing equipment
• Evaluate non-conforming hardware, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective and
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to conceptualize, design, validate, and document
• Identify and drive improvements to design, processes, configuration management, safety, and factory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, test, or design of electronic products or hardware
