  • Build and inspect Falcon & Dragon structural, propulsion, and integration assemblies.
  • Develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes for safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers, SMEs, and technicians to solve large-scale production challenges.
  • Evaluate designs for manufacturability with design engineers in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Resolve product non-conformances and implement root-cause corrective actions.
  • Identify, plan, and execute capital equipment and layout upgrades for volume production.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering.
  • 1+ years engineering experience in manufacturing or production (internships and school projects count).
  • Master's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering.
  • Involvement in a professional engineering society or collegiate design project.
  • Experience with build/assembly of large mechanical assemblies; knowledge of 3D CAD and DFMA.
  • Experience with metallic manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment (welding, metal forming, fastening, drilling, bonding, automation).
