  • Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery.
  • Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
  • Support first article builds focusing on manufacturability, repeatability, quality.
  • Provide hands-on floor support during build and test, resolving issues in real time.
  • Coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test for part readiness and handoffs.
  • Develop long-term manufacturing systems, tooling strategies, and ERP/MES workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or a related field, with 2+ years building and testing hardware.
  • Skilled at investigating hardware issues and driving root-cause actions.
  • Familiar with assembly and test procedures, tolerance stack-ups, and leak checks.
  • Comfortable interfacing across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
  • Self-starter who can define and roll out new processes with technicians and external vendors.
  • Proficient in GD&T, CAD, and basic analysis; experience with LOX cleanliness or leak checks.
