Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Subassemblies

📋 Description

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure subassembly manufacturability
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans and work instructions
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with QA to establish quality-control processes
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil engineering from ABET-accredited program
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and DFM
• Experience with machining, drilling, assembly, and bonding
• Hands-on production floor experience
• CAD tooling/hardware design; Siemens NX preferred
• Experience with flight hardware or safety-critical systems
