Lead development builds to meet production ramp milestones
Track manufacturing system metrics on rate, cost, and quality
Influence facilities layout, headcount, and material flow during ramp

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
1+ years manufacturing experience
Experience with machine vision or AOI
Experience with DOE, gauge R&R, and process qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, NX, and Teamcenter
Experience with ERP, MRP, and MES systems
