Manufacturing Engineering, ECLSS

📋 Description

• Execute build, assembly, and integration of ECLSS fluid hardware on the shop floor alongside
• Author, redline, and maintain work instructions, assembly procedures, build travelers, and
• Own manufacturing process definition for assigned hardware, including tube bending and routing
• Support proof, leak, and functional testing of fluid assemblies, including test setup
• Identify design for manufacturing and design for assembly issues during first builds and drive them
• Disposition nonconformances and support root cause investigation and corrective action with Quality

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience managing a product/product line across multiple work centers
• 2-4+ years of experience for Manufacturing Engineer II
• 4-6+ years of experience for Senior Manufacturing Engineer
• Hands-on fabrication, assembly, and/or integration experience
• CAD proficiency (NX preferred)
