📋 Description

• Evaluate hardware assemblies using Design for Assembly (DFA) principles and design CAD/prototype
• Validate concepts through hands-on testing to reduce station cycle time, eliminate process

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in 3D parametric CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or Onshape).
• Foundational understanding of DFA / DFM principles, basic mechanical mechanisms, and manufacturing
• Hands-on prototyping experience (e.g., 3D printing, machine shop tools, electro-mechanical
• Project experience with at least one relevant programming / scripting language (Python, C++)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
