📋 Description

• Collaborate with design teams to provide input on the manufacturability of various types of
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for manufacturing subassemblies
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions to
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges by conducting root cause analysis and implementing
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain rigorous quality control
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a
• Manufacturing experience (including internships) managing a product/product line across multiple
• 2-4+ years of experience for Manufacturing Engineer II
• 4-6+ years of experience for Senior Manufacturing Engineer
• Hands-on fabrication, assembly, and/or integration experience; CAD proficiency (NX preferred)
