Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

📋 Description

• Own handoff from Engineering to Production.
• Lead a small team of engineering technicians.
• Own yield and scrap reporting for areas.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process specs.
• Lead continuous improvement with data-driven projects.
• Ensure safety, EHS, and hazard reviews for new/modified processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or 3+ years manufacturing exp; or 6+ years with equivalent training.
• Leadership experience with technicians or small team.
• Strong yield analysis, root cause methods, and basic SPC.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, SOPs, travelers, and change control.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and MES for traceability.
• Clear technical communication and shift handoffs.
