Manufacturing Equipment Technician

📋 Description

• Coordinate the receipt of newly procured equipment and machining centers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and follow company protocols for
• Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation for all active manufacturing machinery
• Perform critical lifts and rigging operations in accordance with applicable safety requirements and
• Support spare parts inventory management by identifying critical spares and ensuring adequate stock

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years of experience and/or training
• Experience operating and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines
• Experience with CNC controls and PLC troubleshooting and repairs
• Demonstrated proficiency in industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment desirable
