Manufacturing Human Resources Manager - Onsite

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across assigned business functions.
• Provide expert guidance across key HR disciplines, including performance management, talent
• Partner closely with HR Directors on employment law matters, performance improvement, and policy
• Anticipate people needs and help leaders strengthen team effectiveness, productivity, and
• Collaborate with leaders to shape staffing strategies and define position requirements.
• Support hiring needs with Talent Acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience (preferred)
• 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
• 1-3 years of people management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training delivery skills
• High credibility and ability to build trusted relationships
