Manufacturing Lead (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop area leads and operators across SQDIP goals.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and EHS.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure staffing, training, and operational readiness for shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 7S, RCA, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inventory, and material mgmt.
• Ability to use production metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
