📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance of the facility, including structural, electrical.
• Serve as primary contact for external facility service providers (e.g., janitorial, utilities
• Perform routine maintenance on company machinery and coordinate with outside specialists for
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, and
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and fire safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory officials.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for machinery and systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50lbs+
