Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (TruFru)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant operations.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery per industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regulations.
• Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs; generate work orders.
• Operate equipment and use machine shop tools to repair parts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food manufacturing.
• 4 years as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• 12-hour shift rotation, including weekends and overtime.
• Knowledge of welding techniques: MIG, TIG, acetylene.
• Own set of professional electrical tools (volt/amp meter).
