Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (TruFru)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance for Salt Lake City plant.
• Maintain, repair, and adjust plant machinery to standards.
• Ensure compliance with USDA/OSHA/FDA/EPA and local rules.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Training on days; then night shift schedule: 2-2-3.
• Generate work orders and parts requests; document PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food manufacturing.
• 4+ years as maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and overtime.
• Follow manufacturing specs and schematics.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding.
