Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (TruFru)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance for the Salt Lake City plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, ovens, mixers, and formers.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and GMP/food safety standards; use PPE.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs; document PMs.
• Read diagrams and schematics; fabricate or modify parts as needed.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts; use shop tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years of experience as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• 12-hour shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to read manufacturing specifications and schematics.
• Knowledge of food-grade welding techniques (MIG/TIG).
