Manufacturing Material Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own core inventory control and audits for consumables, fixtures, and implant components, including
• Receive supplies from Shipping & Receiving and stock them into bulk inventory
• Track stock levels, set reorder points, and flag shortages before they affect production
• Organize and maintain storage, including racks, dryboxes, and labeling
• Stage stations and kits with the right material based on the next day's build priorities
• Coordinate array deliveries with Microfab so that arrays are ready at the start of the build

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, kitting or production support in a
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and keeping inventory records accurate
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using inventory or ERP/MES software and Google Workspace or similar tools
• Able to follow written procedures and work instructions exactly
